APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE IN COMMON AREAS

To ensure your safety, the FIAP teams have put in place a health protocol and a communication reminding you of the right thing to do when you come to FIAP, for a short or long stay, for a seminar or a meeting.

This protocol is posted in many places throughout the building.

INSTRUCTIONS BARRIER GESTURES AT FIAP

  • Hand sanitizer is available for self-service
  • A physical distance of 1 meter in common areas
  • It is mandatory to wear a mask in the meeting room
  • Sanitary facilities are cleaned as much as possible
  • Do not lend your personal material (sheets, pens …)

CUSTOMER SANITARY ARRANGEMENTS 

  • General public masks are available at the Fiap for your participants if needed
  • The sanitary rules are posted in each room
  • Floor markings are made in the common areas in order to respect the traffic flow and the one meter distance
  • Disinfect your hands upon entering the facility

PROTECTION OF OUR TEAMS

  • Our teams are required to wear masks and hand sanitizer is available
  • Plexiglas protections are installed on the posts in contact with the public

CATERING

  • The social distance of 1m is required (marking put in place)
  • Hand sanitizer at the entrance of the Cocagne restaurant and mandatory wearing of a mask.
  • A marking on the ground is made to direct the flow of traffic
  • Individual packaging and service on the plate to reduce handling

MEASUREMENTS IN ROOMS 

  • Common washrooms are cleaned as much as possible
  • Open the windows of the room every morning
  • The cleaning is done only after your departure, on the last day
  • Bed sheets are given on request and changed at least every 2 days
